Turquoise, in many cultures, is thought to be a gem that unites the earth and sky. Its metaphysical properties are believed to uplift mind, body and spirit.
Tibetan Turquoise tends to appear in earthy blue or green hues. This particular piece presents rich oceanic teal tones, and is set in a dark jeweled mosaic of bronze-tone beads and hangs from an elegant 38cm hand-beaded chain with garnet gemstone highlights and a gold-plated sterling silver 'vermeil' clasp.
The pendant measures approximately 2.5cm wide by 4.5 cm long.
